Winsupply Inc. — in business to build entrepreneurs — owns a majority equity stake in these locally owned wholesaling companies. Collectively, Winsupply local companies are among America's leading suppliers of material for residential and commercial construction today.
The local owners of Winsupply's wholesaling companies earn thier own success through the Spirit of Opportunity: the chance to risk a little money, run a wholesaling location and chase the American Dream, with help from Winsupply.
We Build Entrepreneurs
Winsupply is in the business of construction wholesaling.
But we're really in business to build entrepreneurs.
Every day at Winsupply, hundreds of entrepreneurs across the country — local owners each running their own supply house — sell thousands of different products to contractors and installers in their local markets.
These local companies sell everything from faucets to furnaces, pipes to pumps, and lighting to landscape irrigation. They did it by following the Winsupply business model based on Sharing, Trusting, and helping.
First: We share ownership with the local owners.
Second: We trust the local owners to make the right decisions. We don't tell them what to do.
And Third: We help local owners succeed by providing the support services they need: like payroll and accounting, marketing and training, sourcing and logistics, e-commerce and IT.
