Greg Holbrock is Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, for Winsupply Inc., headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. In this position, Holbrock provides the leadership, strategy, and oversight during the critical activities around an acquisition. This ensures we are making high-quality acquisitions that not only provide the Spirit of Opportunity to new members of the Winsupply Family of Companies, but gives them the best chance for success. He aligns strategic vision and goals with the acquired entities. He leads a cross-functional project team to accomplish this important goal.

Holbrock joined Winsupply as an internal audit manager in 2010, which included internal and external audit functions. In 2014, he took on additional responsibilities around data integration and maintaining and improving the data content environment. In 2015, he was promoted to manager of Shared Services with a focus on improving back-office processes and adding additional value to local companies. He was named vice president, Financial Integration in February 2018. He was named to his current role in March 2021.

Before joining Winsupply Inc., Holbrock was a senior auditor at Robbins & Myers Inc. (now National Oilwell Varco) in Dayton, responsible for domestic and international compliance.

Holbrock has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from the University of Cincinnati. He studied abroad for a minor in international business. He is a certified fraud examiner.
