Guy Pauley is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Winsupply Inc., headquartered in Dayton. In this role, Guy is responsible for Sourcing Services, including the distribution centers and vendor relations. Guy has a breadth of knowledge and experience from his previous roles as a Local Company President and Area Leader.

Guy started with Winsupply in 2017 as Vice President of HVAC at Winsupply of Mokena (Illinois). There he grew the HVAC division from the ground up through various business strategies and staff development. Guy was instrumental in developing Winsupply’s HVAC strategic plan in 2018 and actively participates in Winsupply’s HVAC Management Development Training Program. Guy was also a key contributor to Winsupply Inc.'s acquisition strategy, by locating and presenting an acquisition opportunity in Clinton, Iowa. In 2021, Guy became president of the newly acquired Winsupply of Clinton. He then became an Area Leader for the Northeast in March 2023. He joined the senior leadership team in his current role in March 2025.

Prior to his tenure at Winsupply, Guy's career in wholesale distribution began in the mid-1990s in a counter role and progressed through various positions, ultimately rising to the position of Vice President.
