Jeff Dice is President of Winsupply Inc. In this position, Dice leads business strategy development and execution and oversees the daily operations of the Winsupply organization. He is a member of the Winsupply Board of Directors and plays a key role in the direction of the company and strategic path to boost Winsupply’s competitive edge.

Dice joined Winsupply as the president of Winsupply Group Services in 2004. In 2005, he moved to the Winsupply Support Services campus as a financial analyst, and to work on special projects and organize the internal audit functions. He became vice president of electronic data integration in 2008. At the same time, the internal audit function reported to him and the external audit function worked through his position. He was appointed chief financial officer of wholly-owned subsidiary Noland Company in August 2011 and was appointed vice president, Shared Services in October 2016. He was named senior vice president, Information Technology in 2018. In July 2020, he became president of Winsupply Equity Group. Dice became president of Winsupply Inc. in 2023.

Before joining Winsupply Group Services, Dice was an audit manager at Battelle and Battelle Inc. (now RSM US LLP) in Dayton.

Dice has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University and Master of Science in logistics and supply chain management from Wright State University. Dice also has completed the Mergers and Acquisition Certification Program from University of Pennsylvania and Distribution Managers Certification Program from Texas A&M University. Dice is a certified public accountant.

Dice is a native Daytonian and lives in Centerville, Ohio. He is on the Board of Directors for Mined XAI and Hyphen Innovations.
