Katie Joseph is Vice President of Compliance for Winsupply Inc. In this role, she leads Compliance Services, which includes Wholesalers People Services and Tax Compliance. She oversees the group's operations and strategic direction, including process improvement, advancing automation, and workflow optimization.

Joseph's career with Winsupply began in 2005 and includes roles as Payroll Tax Manager (2010–12), Assistant Regional Financial Officer (2008–10), E-Business Development Manager (2006–08), and Regional Financial Analyst (2005–06). She rejoined Winsupply in 2023 as Senior Director of Wholesalers People Services before stepping into her current role in 2026. 

Prior to rejoining Winsupply, Joseph served as Financial System Project Manager for the Montgomery County Auditor's Office.

Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.

She serves as Treasurer for First Flight Health Centers and is a member of both the Miami Valley Urban League Advisory Board and the Wegerzyn Gardens Foundation Board.
