Katie Joseph is Senior Director, Wholesalers People Services for Winsupply Inc. In this role, she leads Wholesalers People Services (WPS), providing payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, commission plan administration, and benefits management, while also supporting employment-related compliance, compensation, recruiting, and personnel management. She oversees the group’s operations and strategic direction, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and initiatives to maintain high service levels while managing costs.

Joseph’s career with Winsupply began in 2005 and includes roles as Payroll Tax Manager (2010–12), Assistant Regional Financial Officer (2008–10), E-Business Development Manager (2006–08), and Regional Financial Analyst (2005–06). She rejoined Winsupply in 2023 in her current role. 

Prior to rejoining Winsupply, Joseph served as Financial System Project Manager for the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office.

Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.

She serves as Treasurer for Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton and is a member of the Miami Valley Urban League Advisory Board.
