Robert Ferguson is President of the Winsupply Local Company Group for Winsupply Inc., headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. As president, Ferguson leads the support operations for more than 670 Winsupply and Noland local companies. Additionally, he oversees Winsupply's area leaders, marketing team, and national account team.

Ferguson has been in the wholesale business his entire career. His father and grandfather were plumbers in Kansas City. In early 1990, they purchased a local plumbing supply house, Suburban Supply. When Winsupply acquired Suburban Supply in 2005, Rob relocated to Kansas City and joined the Winsupply team. He became president of (Winsupply's) Grandview Winnelson in 2008, running that company for seven years. He became area leader in 2014, vice president of operations in 2018, and president of the Local Company Group in October 2019.
