November is National Entrepreneurship Month. For the fifth consecutive year, Winsupply Inc. and the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce (DACC) have partnered to recognize small business owners in the region.

Winners of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce 2025 Winsupply Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence were presented with awards during the Chamber’s November Breakfast Briefing on November 14.

The 2025 winners are: 

• Aaron Davis, Founder and Search Consultant, Reliant Search Group, Springboro

Aaron Davis is a seasoned leader and talent acquisition expert. With a career spanning over two decades, Aaron has built and led successful teams across various industries, including technology, software development, healthcare, and real estate. He founded Reliant Search Group in 2019.

• Whitney Sharp, Owner, Kramers Tavern, Dayton; Chief Medical Officer, CareHub, Dayton

Dayton-area physician, Whitney Sharp, DO, is chief medical officer for CareHub, a local digital health startup. In 2023, Sharp and her family became the owners of Kramers Tavern, a pizza-and-bar staple near the University of Dayton. After renovations and investments in the property, Kramers was reopened in 2023.

Launched in 2021, the Winsupply Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence recognizes individuals who exemplify the American entrepreneurial spirit. Through their creativity, resilience, and determination, they have established and nurtured successful business ventures in the Dayton region, according to DACC.

“Dayton continues to prove it’s a place where entrepreneurs can thrive,” said Chris Kershner, president and CEO, Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. “Our business community is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and support for one another. It’s especially rewarding to see two of our own Chamber members recognized this year, clear proof that Dayton’s entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.”

Awardees are selected by a panel of business experts, entrepreneurs, and regional leaders.

Sarah Jordan, Skuld LLC, and Justin Simmons, Tony & Pete’s, (2024); Danielle Edwards, Sweet P’s Ice Pops, and Ken Edge, Infinity Labs, (2023); Jeremy Turner, Apply Pressure Washing & Restoration, and Betsy Westhafer, The Congruity Group, (2022); and Errin Siske, Spark Space Creative, and Andrew Banks II, Performance Wraps, (2021).
