Behind Winsupply’s Road to $10 Billion
Winsupply Inc. is on a path to surpass $9 billion in revenue this fiscal year, building on a growth strategy that has been rooted in entrepreneurship, local ownership, and long-term investment.
At the center of that strategy is a simple idea: identify entrepreneurs, help them become business owners, and give them the support and resources they need to build successful businesses in their communities.
That model was recently highlighted in an exclusive interview with the Dayton Business Journal (DBJ), featuring Winsupply leaders Jeff Dice, President, Winsupply Inc.; Rob Ferguson, President, Local Company Group; Robert DiTommaso, President, Support Services Group; and Todd Gossett, President, Equity Group.
“Our goal is to identify and help entrepreneurs,” Dice said.
The executives discussed what makes Winsupply’s business model different, including its approach to local ownership, acquisitions, and continued investment in its nationwide Distribution Center network. While Local Companies operate independently, they are backed by the resources and expertise of teams at Winsupply’s Support Services Campus.
Those investments are helping position Winsupply for continued growth while maintaining the entrepreneurial model that has shaped the company for decades.
The DBJ feature comes as Winsupply celebrates another significant milestone. The publication recently named Winsupply the Dayton region’s Largest Private Company, recognizing the company’s $8.4 billion in 2025 revenue.
As Winsupply works toward $10 billion and beyond, the focus remains on the people and entrepreneurs at the heart of the business: creating opportunities for ownership, investing in the infrastructure to support growth and strengthening the independent businesses that make up the Winsupply Family of Companies.
